Lizzo's new album "Special" needed a launch that would send it back to the stars where it came from.
We started with the Lizzoverse. Inspired from Lizzo and the cosmic disco inside her new album. Each song an intergalactic destination.
Our concept was to create an immersive listening party for fans of Lizzo and extend this as a 2 day pop-up experience, all presented by AMEX.
We used cutting-edge projection mapping technology to create a custom intergalactic live show for Lizzo to perform, a livestream broadcast on Twitch and a merch store.
Role — Executive Creative Director. Wrote & pitched the idea with Rodney Hazard. Designed the entire show. Couldn't have been more hands-on in making it happen.
